Marly is the founder and lead therapist at Lumia Therapy, a transformative wellness practice dedicated to helping individuals overcome emotional and behavioural challenges. Her approach is built on a rare combination: the rigour of clinical psychology and the depth of holistic healing practice.
Passionate about empowering others, Marly has helped numerous clients break free from irrational fears, overcome emotional blockages, build confidence, manage weight, and quit smoking. Her compassionate approach creates a safe and nurturing space where clients feel genuinely supported in their journey toward mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
As a qualified QHHT practitioner with formal qualifications in Dolores Cannon's Hypnotherapy modality, Marly guides clients through Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy to explore past lives and uncover profound insights. Many clients experience a deeper understanding of their life purpose, resolution of long-held emotional blockages, and a renewed sense of well-being.
As a Reiki Master and Teacher, Marly incorporates powerful energy healing to release energetic blockages and restore harmony to the body and mind. She firmly believes that the principles of science and spirituality are not in conflict, but complementary, and that the best therapeutic work draws from both.
